Only if you share one. Quoted publicly only if you say so, with your first name only.

Before you sign in, your rubric lives only in your browser. Job descriptions are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so they can be read. Your resume is sent only when you ask for a tailored resume. Youbric never applies, posts or sends messages for you.

Analytics run only if you allow them. They count actions like “added a job” or “saved a rubric” and are tied to your account id. They never include what you type, your resume, job descriptions, company names or pay numbers. Our servers also log how grading performed and what the AI cost, tied to your account id.

Match emails: if new jobs Youbric found for you clear your pass line, we email you at most once a day (or weekly, or never; you choose in Settings). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We use an email provider only to deliver them.

Services we use to run Youbric: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, storage), Anthropic (reading job postings, writing the tailored resumes you ask for), our email provider (match emails), and PostHog (analytics, only if you allow them). We never sell your data or share it with recruiters, employers or advertisers.

Uploaded resume files are never stored: we keep only the text you review and save. In Settings you can download everything we store about you, or delete your account and all of it at any time. Deleting removes it from Youbric right away; copies in our disaster-recovery backups are erased automatically within 14 weeks.
