How it works
Three steps, then the noise is gone.
Step 1: Build your rubric
Pick the kind of work you want and the four things that decide yes or no for you, like pay, hours or benefits. About three minutes, no account needed to start.
Step 2: Get your matches
Every day Youbric checks a growing list of companies that post jobs publicly and scores the new ones. Follow companies you like, or add any job you find. Each job gets a score out of 100 and a plain reason for each part.
Step 3: Apply with a tailored resume
For your best matches, Youbric rewrites your resume and a cover letter for that job, only from your own experience. You apply; Youbric never sends anything for you.
What gets filtered out
You set the hard no’s. Those jobs never reach you.
Hidden: anything that breaks a hard no
- Pay under your floor, yearly or hourly
- Contract or 1099 roles, if you want W-2 only
- No health benefits, if you need them
- In-office jobs outside the cities you would commute to
- Role types you skip, like trainer or cold calling
- More travel than you will take on
A missing detail never counts as a hard no. If a posting does not say, the job stays, that part is left out of the score, and the job page tells you what it was based on.
Sorted: everything else, by score
- 94Top match90 and up. Worth your time today.
- 84Good fit80 to 89. Worth a closer look.
- 62Not a fitUnder 80. Set aside, one tap away.
80 is where everyone starts; move your pass line any time. The same job and the same rubric always get the same score, and changing your rubric rescores every job on the spot.
